Alyssa takes a whole-body, holistic approach to care, guiding clients back to the activities they love. Her orthopedic practice supports musculoskeletal injuries with a focus on pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, running injuries, and upper extremity or neck concerns. She has additional training through Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level 1 and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Alex completed his Athletic Therapy degree at Sheridan College before going on to earn his Master of Physical Therapy from Western University. He has a strong interest in working with individuals who are active at any level—whether they are experienced athletes or those just beginning their fitness journey and looking to move more confidently.

Alex’s treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with active rehabilitation and patient education. He focuses on creating individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals, with the goal of helping patients move more comfortably and get back to doing what they enjoy. With a background in both athletic therapy and physiotherapy, he has experience working with a wide range of populations, including athletes, individuals managing age-related changes, those recovering post-operatively and everything in between. He has also gained experience through clinical placements working with varsity athletes at the University of Toronto and within high-performance soccer environments, including Toronto FC, where he worked alongside clinicians supporting injury management and rehabilitation.

Finn is driven to provide meaningful results for people to reach their physiotherapy goals through an individualized and evidence-based approach. Finn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy also from the University of British Columbia. Finn has experience working with a variety of populations including young athletes, post surgery recovery, stroke recovery, and workplace injuries.

Finn uses a combination of person-centered exercise therapy, manual therapy, and education to treat the unique needs of each client. Josh holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from SFU. He takes a collaborative approach to care, combining exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education to help each individual feel stronger, more confident, and supported in returning to the activities they enjoy.

Josh has experience working in post-surgical and neurological rehabilitation settings in hospitals, as well as with young athletes and individuals with osteoarthritis. His interest in physiotherapy was shaped by his own experiences with injury while growing up playing basketball and volleyball, along with his time volunteering with the Track and Field and Women’s Soccer teams at SFU. These experiences continue to influence his practical, patient-centered approach to care.

More recently, Josh has developed a particular interest in lower limb injuries, especially ACL injuries and tendinopathies. During his physiotherapy degree, he published a systematic review on the diagnosis of rotator cuff tendinopathy using ultrasound and remains committed to staying up to date with the latest research in rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Alan is committed to delivering high-quality care to all individuals focusing on exercise prescription, manual therapy, and client education. His clinical interests include the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and supporting clients in returning to their activities at, or beyond, their previous level of performance. Alan completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds certification in Soft Tissue Release (Level 1) and Fundamentals of Running Injuries (1.0).

Alan’s interest in working with active individuals is rooted in his own background as a competitive baseball and basketball player, as well as his experience as a municipal lifeguard. More recently, he has developed a strong passion for running and cycling, and has competed in triathlons and marathons since 2021. Prior to beginning his physiotherapy studies, Alan worked as a Kinesiologist for one year and later completed a clinical placement in a private practice setting, where he gained experience working with athletes. Cheng Cui has been a physiotherapist and a kinesiologist with over 10 years of experience training athletes. After being introduced to physiotherapy through his own injuries during his football career, he quickly became passionate about physical rehabilitation and performance therapy. He’s worked most of his career in getting athletes and weekend warriors back to sports or competition following injuries. He has worked closely with athletes from NLL, AFL, NRL, Junior Hockey, and CIS during his career in both Australia and Canada.
